Ahmad Mohammadi, CEO of Hawaii Luxury Yachts, began his journey in real estate development and marketing in Hawaii over 24 years ago. In 2013, he proudly opened two real estate brokerage offices at the Fairmont Orchid and in Downtown Hawi, with a vision to offer something truly special to our clients. Since then, Hawaii Luxury Real Estate has grown from $2M to $74M in real estate sales over the last 11 years, while managing 25 luxury condos in some of Hawaii’s most sought-after resorts. More than 5,000 clients have trusted us to help them realize their dreams of owning property in places like Mauna Lani Resort and other prestigious resorts on the west side of the Big Island.
Ahmad has his eyes on a new venture which is strategically expanding into luxury yacht sales and charter management. This new business division offshoot of Real Estate offers our Clients unparalleled investment opportunities. By combining the luxury yacht lifestyle experience as an investment, it opens up opportunities for significant tax benefits. Much like the current successful Vacation Rental model, we provide the opportunity to purchase a yacht (we call it a “Condo on the Water”) and the Owner has the choice to place it into Charter Business. The Yacht Owner not only enjoys the yacht, but reaps the added benefit of Charter income which offsets ownership costs and provides tremendous tax benefits.

Ahmad is serving on the Board of The Kona Sailing Club which expands his connections with harbors across Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, and Honolulu which give direct access to the best resources which are needed in the Charter Management business. In fact, two of our Sales Agents are licensed captains. They have tremendous amount of experience with Yachts and also are Sailing Instructors those who have a passion for sailing.
