40th Annual Kailua-Kona Community Christmas Parade with the Kona Sailing Club!
Set sail into the Holidays on Saturday, December 14th, at 3 to 5pm with the Kona Sailing Club on board the Wind Fire boat featuring a Little Mermaid theme. Volunteers are welcome to decorate, walk in the parade with us as we spread cheer along Ali’i Drive in our themed costumes. Please RSVP and drop off decorations at the Kona Sailing Club on Friday afternoon. Let’s make this a festive celebration for all!
Kona Sailing Club does participate in Christmas canned food donations to support the Hawaii Island Food Bank. Drop off your non-perishable food donations to the club to assist in this charity event.

He also serves as Vice Commodore of the Kona Sailing Club and is a certified sailing instructor on Hawaii Island, focusing on youth sailing education. With extensive experience in sailboats, motorboats, and yachts, Joe offers expert guidance through yacht sales and charters.
Originally from New York City, Joe’s background spans culinary arts, nutrition, and health coaching. Living in Kona Hawaii, he enjoys teaching sailing, leading races at Honokohau Harbor, and spending time with his family.
